The house offers three bedrooms, 2 full baths, and plenty of old house charm, and has a brand new roof, 13kw solar ground array that, in my clients words -- 95% of the time, we dont notice the solar arrays or the battery back-up. They do their thing and we do ours. The 5% of the time that we do are when we see the Appalachian Electric Power autopay confirmation for $7.96 (which is the minimum connection charge) after a full month of July A/C and EV charging, or when we get the roughly-monthly email telling us that one of our SRECs has just been sold and $25 will be deposited into our account.
